Chuck Pinkowski
Chuck’s experience includes seventeen
years with Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF) in Memphis managing the hospitality industry
consulting practice throughout the southern part of the nation. He also was
Vice President of Development Planning for Holiday Corporation where he was
responsible for planning the development of four distinct hotel brands.
Since creating his Memphis based company, Chuck has provided
consulting assistance for his clients in 44 states. This consultation
includes development planning, investment analysis, market feasibility
work, chain/brand evaluations and litigation assignments for a variety of
issues.
Mr. Pinkowski is a Charter Member and
founding Chairman of the International
Society of Hospitality Consultants, a member of the Memphis, Tennessee
and American Hotel and Motel
Associations, and numerous other civic and social organizations. He
has been a visiting lecturer for the University of Tennessee
and a frequent lecturer for hospitality industry conferences, seminars and
national conventions.
Clients who seek consulting assistance
from Pinkowski & Company include financial institutions, hotel
companies, management companies, investors, attorneys and real estate
investment trusts. Chuck has been involved in the evaluation, planning and
development of destination resorts, convention hotels, conference centers,
extended stay lodging facilities and limited service

David
Pear
Also affiliated with Pinkowski & Company
is David Pear. David has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality
industry both as a consultant and in hotel operations. After graduating
from the University
of Tennessee, David
joined Holiday Inns and worked in various operations departments before
joining PKF in 1981. A Senior Consultant with PKF until 1986, David was
involved in a number of hospitality industry engagements including
operational reviews, employee food service design and implementation,
impact reviews as well as a number of feasibility studies for hotel
development projects.
Since 1991, David has been an
independent consultant in the hospitality industry and has worked closely
with Pinkowski & Company in all areas of hospitality consulting.
Projects David has been involved in over the last 17 years include all
areas of development planning, investment analysis, litigation support,
market feasibility studies, chain/brand evaluations and impact analysis. In addition to his undergraduate degree,
David has an MBA from Christian
Brothers University
and several Certificates of Specialization from the Educational Institute
of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.

Gloria
McCollum
For the past 18 years Gloria McCollum
has provided research and technical support for Pinkowski & Company.
Gloria has been involved in consulting on all types of engagements
including development planning for the renovation and expansion of a
historic downtown hotel; redevelopment of historic downtown structure for a
boutique hotel; development of mixed used / entertainment district
including two hotels; development of a four star full service hotel as part
of a major retail center; development of a conference center hotel
including 23,000 square feet of conference facilities; 1,500 room
destination convention hotel; multiple expansions of guest rooms and
convention facilities for a 3,000 room hotel; redevelopment and
repositioning of quasi-government owned resort in a rural central Ohio
location; redevelopment of a historic bank building as a boutique hotel;
multiple developments of extended stay hotels and select service hotels
throughout the country; brand related impact analysis in multiple markets

Marty Boscaccy
Marty Boscaccy has over 35 years of
experience in the areas of consulting and real estate development. While attending Christian Brothers
University, Marty
worked for Harris, Kerr Forster (the predecessor to PKF). After graduation he worked for Holiday
Inns in the Development Planning Department. Since that time he has held senior
positions at Winegardner & Hammons, Promus Hotels, and Harrah’s
Entertainment.
Prior to joining Pinkowski & Company
he served as the Deputy Executive Director of the Memphis Housing Authority
for seven years and was directly responsible for the development of over
2,000 units of affordable housing totaling over $300 million in development
costs.
In addition to his undergraduate degree,
